My two favorite cafeteria sides: green beans and candied yams.  How candied yams are still acceptable in a public school cafeteria, I don’t know.  Well actually, I do: they come in a can and are cheap.  I don’t mind being an adult and making poor choices when it comes to what I put in my body, but I don’t think kids should have that option yet.
